Executive Board

Born in 1992 in Kahramanmaraş, Serhat Kısakürek completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Kahramanmaraş. He then attended various language schools and summer schools in England for two terms. Kısakürek completed his undergraduate degree at Istanbul Bilgi University Law Faculty. He also completed his master's degree in Commercial Law at the same university and received his second master's degree from the University of Zurich.

In 2019, Kısakürek served as an Academic Researcher at the American Academy of Commercial Law and has gained work experience in the field of law at various firms in Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Since 2022, he has been continuing his professional career as a partner at the Turkey-based DLC Law Firm.

Kısakürek, who also has an interest in professional basketball and various sports, is fluent in English.

With the 27th Ordinary General Assembly of MÜSİAD, Kısakürek was elected as the President of MÜSİAD INVEST.

Ömer Haksever was born in Istanbul in 1989. He completed his high school education in the accounting department of Etiler Commercial and Vocational High School. After completing his education at Kocaeli University İzmit Vocational School and then at NYLC in New York, Ömer Haksever completed his master's degree at Beykent University in the Auditing Department with a thesis on "Quality Assurance System Applications in the Turkish Independent Auditing Sector". He completed his doctorate at Istanbul Commerce University with a thesis on "Strategic Planning, Budgeting in Businesses, and Management Reporting". He is currently writing a book on Budgeting and Reporting to Management in businesses regarding the institutionalization, growth, globalization, and vision setting of companies in Turkey, and he also has articles published in various journals.

Haksever, who started his professional career in 2010, took on various roles in international companies such as Vodafone and Xerox, primarily in accounting, finance, audit, budgeting, and reporting, and most recently led as Group CFO at SHIMANO. In 2015, he became a Financial Consultant and was chosen as the youngest Financial Consultant in Istanbul at the time. Haksever also holds the title of Expert Witness in Finance.

In 2021, Haksever left the private sector to establish Right Consulting. He provides consulting services to national/international firms in Strategic Management Consulting, Feasibility Study, Corporate Training, Financial Advisory, Accounting, Finance, Internal/External Audit, Budgeting, and Reporting.

Ömer Haksever is married to Elif Haksever and is the father of a daughter.

He speaks English fluently and also knows basic Arabic.

Ömer Faruk Özmen has gained experience in companies from different sectors and continues to hold positions with "High Added Value" based on his experiences. By establishing a Digital Agency company under the name of O2 Technology and Software, he aims to produce innovative solutions to enhance the social reputation of companies.

He has completed his work within PAVO GROUP, which is actively involved in the Defense Industry.

Özmen continues to play an active role in MÜSİAD, T3 Foundation, Turkey Scouting Federation, and Youth Red Crescent. He continues his efforts to create value together with the youth, who are the future of our country.

He is able to easily adapt to the positions he holds due to his responsible, ambitious personality and his suitability for teamwork.

Born in 1997 in Istanbul, Ömer Faruk Bingöl completed his university education at the New York Metropolitan University in the International Trade Department in 2020. Immediately after, as of 2020, he took on the roles of CEO at Ramazan Bingöl Meat Restaurant within the RB Group Companies and Chairman of the Board at Traditional Flavors. Bingöl, who also serves as a Board Member of TÜRES (All Restaurants and Tourism Association) and as an Executive Board Member of MÜSİAD Invest, continues his work in the e-commerce and real estate sectors.

Born in 1987 in Istanbul, Önder Kul graduated from Yıldız Technical University in Civil Engineering, following his high school valedictorian achievement. He completed his Master's at Politecnico di Milano and his Ph.D. at Kültür University, gaining expertise in the field of engineering economics. He has investments in both construction and tourism fields through his qualified projects under the umbrella of Kuzey Yapı A.Ş.

Kul continues his roles in MÜSİAD's Advisory Board with responsibility for African diplomacy and in the executive board of MÜSİAD Invest. He is married and has two children.
